Miyamoto Norio Takenaka Hayato
The room is fairly plane and normal, on the left and the right when entering there are small one person beds, across from the door is a window to let the light in and two desks under that. On the same wall as the door are book cases. Both their beds have their new school uniform along with their Student IDs, there is also a blue laptop on each bed with a Tarot card, Hayato has the Lovers and the Tower is on Norio's bed, both their cards have their names on them in gold sharpy.

Norio will go to the wrong bed first and upon seeing Hayato's card there he will turn around and go back to his bed, "I am sorry about that." He will pick up the Tower Card and look at it, "strange..." he says under his breath.
He will then take out his wallet which has fake blood painted in shiny red and put the school card into his wallet.
"I did not think we were getting laptops!" He will pick up the laptop and take it over to put it down on the desk, he will then smile bad at Hayato nervously, "Sorry for being so immature Takenaka Hayato-San."

Hayato is right behind Norio as they head into the room. He doesn't even seem to notice the other teen going to the first bed thanks to his distraction at the room. Not until attention is called to it, at least. "Huh? Oh! If you prefer that bed, you can have it," he response while picking up his tarot card and ID. "What's with these?" He can't help but chuckle awkwardly, showing off his card to Norio.
Tarot card onto the desk, ID into his pocket, and laptop peered over curiously. "You're not being immature, Miyamoto-san." He gives his roommate a big grin. "This is new! It's exciting! Please just call me Hayato. If we're going to be roommates, it seems silly to keep it formal."

"The bed seem much the sames to me Hayato, I will call you what ever you like, I just do not want to be too casual too soon." He will then smile warmly and start to load up the laptop. "It has been a long time since I got to be around other kids my own age."
He turns the card over in his hand, "Call me Nori if you like. Oh do you think the cards are a game?"

"Well, I figure if we're going to be sleeping two meters apart, we're probably past the point of formalities," he jokes, sitting down on the edge of his bed and studying his own tarot card. "It must be. Maybe they're going to do one of those ice-breaker things later?"

Norio is going to smile at Hayato, "Then would it be too forward of me to call you Haya-Kun?" He asks seeming to like the idea of having a friend he's familiar enough with to use the term.
"That could be a lot of fun. Maybe the cards are random." He says and does some things on his laptop, "It's booting pretty fast you gotta love a fresh install. Norio will go to his bag and pull out a bunch of Credit Card sized memory sticks that have a long usb port wire on them, each of them have a small cover much like what would have been on a DVD case.
"I have a whole load of horror movies if you like that kind of thing." He says with a little bit of a laugh.

Hayato gives a thumbs-up. "Go for it, Nori-kun!" He flashes a grin, extremely happy to have a roommate he gets along with so well. Tarot card set aside for the time being, he picks up his own computer and powers it on.
"I hope the cards are chosen randomly. Otherwise..." he pauses and holds up his card. "I mean, The Lovers? The implications are...weird if it isn't random." An eyebrow raises.
Hayato bites his lower lip while watching the computer, waiting for it to boot up. "Horror movies are cool," he responds enthusiastically. "I especially like ones where there are monsters like werewolves and vampires or where there's a mystery and something psychological going on like In the Mouth of Madness!"

"Thank you Haya-Kun." Norio says bowing politely to Hayato.
Norio will blink a bit and then pretend t cough a bit to cover his face before laughing at the joke, "Well I got the Tower which means disaster so not the best combination with the Lovers."
"I have definitely watched some John Carpenter, The Thing! There are few worlds for how amazing that film is." He will pause, "There is this manga they are turning it into an Anime called Murder Tree. It's about this tree where if you make a sacrifice to it and commit a murder it will bring you back to the tree. However if you do it a second time then the tree will kill you and suck you under ground."
Norio is going to go to his camera bag, "Oh you were talking about my Camera are you into photography too?"

Hayato nods, listening as Nori talks about the movies. "The Thing is amazing. Never heard of Murder Tree, but I'll have to check it out. That sounds like an interesting plot premise." He glances down at the computer. Still loading.
The question about photography gets his attention and he flashes another, setting the computer aside so he can go over to his bag and pull out a 35mm SLR camera and digital one. Both are a couple years old, so he got them at a good discount. "I made sure they could take the same lenses so I could just ask for particular ones for my birthday or Christmas and not need to double-up.

"So amazing that they used no CGI! today it would be CGI all over." Norio says in reference to the thing. "I can lend you my e-reader it has the manga on it. You could always watch it with me they are putting the series online." He says in reference to Murder Tree.
He will put his hands out to take a look at Hayato's Camera if the other boy will allow him. "They just may take the same lenses, I would be more than happy to share." Norio smiles widely having a friend is fun.

"Oh! If I could borrow it, that'd be great. Thanks, Nori-kun!" Hayato beams cheerfully. "Let me know when you have the series and I'd definitely be up for watching it."
He hands the camera over and settles back down on his bed to poke at the computer a bit more. "And if they do fit, you can borrow any of the lenses I've got, too." He opens up a web browser and tries to search for information about the tarot cards.

"Thank you Haya-Kun, I think that this is going to be a good year," Norio is going to smile. He will start to get unpacked he takes out a picture in a frame and then puts it back in his bag. "What are you looking up?" He asks curiously. "Not being too noisy am I Haya-Kun?" |

Hayato looks up from his computer and nods in agreement. "I think that you're right." At the question about what he's looking at, he shrugs. "Not being too nosy at all. I'm trying to understand what those cards mean, but..." he wrinkles his nose. "It doesn't make much sense to me."
He offers the computer to Nori so his roommate can take a look and see if it makes any more sense to him.

Norio is going to sit down and take a look at things. He will read the card of the ones he got, "Well I live with my Grandmother out in the country side and I was taking school over the computer. So I have been forced out of my narrow space. My Grandmother has also been sick, so there could be a possible shocking even there..."
Norio, "but that implies a certain knowledge of me, it must be more like a game right? my number is 16 maybe I need to find, 15 or 17? Your number is 6."

Hayato listens to Nori as he explains his thinking. In the end, though, he can only shrug. "I don't know. I assume there's some kind of an ice-breaker game that'll happen later so it'll all make sense then. Kinda weird they gave you that one, though, unless they interviewed you or talked to some of your family before you came?"
He glances at his own card. "Then again, mine is about marriage, a soul mate, a sexual connection, refinement of personal beliefs, and an existential ethical choice...none of which are relevant to me at the moment, so...maybe just coincidence you got that one?" He glances at Nori questioningly.

"Indeed my brain is likely just finding connections where there aren't any. I feel like I might have seen this before..." Norio looks like he's being thoughtful like he's trying to remember. "I just like to make myself creeped out that's it." He laughs.

Hayato chuckles, rubbing the back of his head. "Well, getting a little creeped out is fun," he agrees. "Who knows? Maybe someone was looking over our social media or interviewed our families to find out a bit about us?" He gives Nori a manic grin. "Maybe they're secretly a cult and they've been researching us all without our even knowing, and then gave us cards that are part of some nefarious plot?"

Hayato goes wide-eyed in feigned horror. "Heaven help us, we're all doomed!" He smirks and shakes his head before flopping back onto his bed, checking how comfy it is. His back doesn't snap in half on contact, so it is already beating expectations!
"Dude!" Thumbs-up and sits up. "Nori-kun, I would be offended beyond words if I was left out of that venture."

Hayato can't help but groan and whine a bit in protest. But Norio is right. "Fine, but just because you're right doesn't make it any less painful." He chuckles and grins back.

Hayato smirks and gets to work, doing some quick searching and pulling up a list of haunted places nearby. He starts dumping all of that information into a document he shares with Norio, listing the place, its address, relevant history, and the description of the haunting (including relevant links to websites).
