Ishibashi Amane is cutting through the park and as she gets close she can see the train it hasn't left yet, but as she is just about ready to get to where she can really pour it on and cut over to the platform and the train begins to pull out of the station leaving her behind full of other students heading to meet their new dorm mates.

Amane puts both hands over her head in despair as she sees the train she was supposed to catch leave without her. Way to start the year, stupid Amane! She feels like falling on her knees to cry but end up being contents with just self loathing thoughts.
The thought of calling her father to tell what happened utterly terrifies the girl and she is simply unable to do that, knowing what is in store for her. In the end, all she can do is wander about aimless with tears pouring from her eyes.

Amane walks aimlessly as she tries to figure what to do next and curse herself for own stupidity, along with other forms of self-loathing when the little girl shows up out of nowhere offering a drink. She takes a good look at her and smiles faintly. "Why thank you." she says and her smile fades at the girl's next words. "Jeez, do I look that bad?" she says and straightens herself up.

Amane laughs a bit at that and nods. "So I see! Alright then, missy. Let's see how good your product is." she says and drinks the iced coffee in a single gulp. "Hmmm, this is pretty good!"
